We use outside delivery companies (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, and USPS), if the weight over 18KG,you can also choose air shipment or sea shipment to save shipping fee.

Orders are processed depending on item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed on business days will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

We are unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays, any orders placed during this period will be dispatched the following business day.

For site orders with no logo ,usually ship within 48 hours.

Postage is calculated in accordance with the weight, So buy more and save more! For example the EMS express charge is almost the same price for 1 or 5 items with the package. the heavier the parcel, the cheaper the shipping cost per KG.

We are the VIP of the most international express company, we can have Preferential cheaper price of the shipping. For example, we are the VIP of EMS, then we can get 30% discount from the post office of the total.

ORDER ISSUES

Custom order including customized products (OEM clients products or change our products like change size or change material or change color etc), printed logo,customized packaging bags or sew washing label on our products.

1. Over 50% deposit should be paid first, and the balance is paid within 15 days after shipment. We will remind customers to pay 15-30 days after the goods are ready. For orders placed more than 30 days later, an additional 2% product late payment fee will be required for each week of delay.
2. The order cannot be cancelled after production begins. If the order is cancelled, the deposit will not be refunded.
3. The delivery time is calculated according to the production time after the sample is confirmed. It is necessary to wait for the sample to be confirmed before calculating the bulk delivery time.
4. In principle, it is not allowed to modify product details after the sample is confirmed and the production order is placed to avoid affecting the order production progress. During the production process, if the customer requests to modify the product, the delivery time/price/MOQ must be updated again.
5. If the customer does not pay the balance within 180 days, the factory can dispose of the goods and the deposit will not be refunded.
