After the hesitation period, we only provide exchange and return services. please noted.

Most items purchased from our website may be exchanged or returned within 14 working days from the date of receivement.

As the Founder of our company, we stand behind our products.

Only items that were damaged or defective can be returned. However, we will not be responsible for the damages caused by shipping.

Items that are not fit are not returnable. Please email us on the sizes, color, etc before purchasing the items.

Please Note: Clearance products from the Sale category on the website, no refund or exchange, except for quality issues.

After Sale Policy:

If the parcel delivery fails or the customs clearance is delayed due to the customer's reasons, we will try to let the logistics company contact the delivery within 14 days from the date of shipment. If the parcel is destroyed by the logistics company after 30 days, the customer shall bear the loss. We are no longer responsible after 30 days.

The reasons for the failure of parcel delivery are:

1) The address is not detailed or complete
2) The recipient is not there at the time of delivery
3) Failure to cooperate with customs clearance and need to pay customs duties
4) The goods have not been picked up and have been sent to the self-pickup site

 

About Custom Orders:

Custom order including customized products (OEM clients products or change our products like change size or change material or change color etc), printed logo,customized packaging bags or sew washing label on our products.


1. Over 50% deposit should be paid first, and the balance is paid within 15 days after shipment. We will remind customers to pay 15-30 days after the goods are ready. For orders placed more than 30 days later, an additional 2% product late payment fee will be required for each week of delay.

2. The order cannot be cancelled after production begins. If the order is cancelled, the deposit will not be refunded.

3. The delivery time is calculated according to the production time after the sample is confirmed. It is necessary to wait for the sample to be confirmed before calculating the bulk delivery time.

4. In principle, it is not allowed to modify product details after the sample is confirmed and the production order is placed to avoid affecting the order production progress. During the production process, if the customer requests to modify the product, the delivery time/price/MOQ must be updated again.

5. If the customer does not pay the balance within 180 days, the factory can dispose of the goods and the deposit will not be refunded.

 

Please Note:

· Return Order Condition: The merchandise returned or exchanged must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return items with any sign of being worn are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.

· Items Not Returnable: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange or return of panties, bikinis, g-string, thongs, or similar intimate items.

· Shipping Charges for Return Items: Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items and they should take up the insurance on their own.

· Shipping Option or Return Items: When sending a return or exchange it is recommended that you use a parcel service such as EMS or DHL that offers a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way

to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of return goods.

· Shipping Duration for Return Items: Return items must be received within 30 days of the RA number being issued. Items received after 30 days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded.

· Credits: Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite the processing of your credit.

· If the product is returned or exchanged due to customer reasons, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer; if it is sent by the seller by mistake, the return shipping fee will be borne by the seller.

 

How To Return/Exchange an Item?

· If there is a problem with the order, e-mail or Whatsapp contact us within 7 business days of the receipt to let us know of your return or exchange.

· You will receive a questionnaire for this issue via reply email. Send back with your answers filled in the questionnaire.

· You will be issued a Return Authorization number via reply email if the return is deemed acceptable. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA.

· Use the original shipping box and packing materials if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. The questionnaire form should be printed and included in the package with your

returned merchandise, together with the return receipt that proves the date of your receipt of the order.

· Drop off your package at your return courier's station or schedule a home pickup. Be sure to keep a copy of your tracking information for your records.

· Allow up to 14 days for your return package to arrive and your request to be processed. To ensure no problems occur, contact us at e-mail or Whatsapp to follow up on your request.

· Please Note: Customized Samples and Clothes can NOT be returned!

Credit or replacement item will be issued/shipped within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
